Guest guest
I guess this is important for all of us, stuff about Potassium., if the tissue level of potassium is high, and "invisible" in serum potassium, and serum potassium is normal mid range - You do realize that it can be dangerous right? I want to discuss this with you! Cause potassium is the one electrolyte we can't trust by serum levels 98% of potassium is intracellular, and if there is something wrong with the kidneys, the potassium pump, anything, tissue levels can reach dangerous levels and leave serum levels looking good. I found this info on an official page for laboratory work here in Norway. It means.. We must do RBC Potassium at least once every year, maybe even more often.Do you know what we can consume to bring down Potassium? I don't - And it would be nice to know! Sea salt? Just plain water?I for one, will do my first RBC Potassium tomorrow and I'll get an answer to this test within 2 weeks I think. Can't wait! Cause I have long been suspicious that my heart symptoms are from intracellular Potassium levels! Thanks for your time!
