Guest guest
Congrats ! Eight year wait... Wow! I was complaining over the 15 month rollercoaster ride I was on when I adopted my son who came to me as a foster child. Just kept reminding myself that God's timing was first and foremost. Jake was about 6 1/2 years old when he was placed in my home. He is now 12 1/2 and I am wondering where my " little boy " went. They sure grow up fast. Blessings to you & yours! Its been awhile since I've mentioned the adoption of Damian. He is my 14 year old child that I have had since he was 5 years old, most people think he belongs to me.. and even some of you, (hmmmm) thought he was my love child from back in the 90's I won't mention any names (Elodia, OK?)...LOL anyway.. Damian came to me by way of a foster child... we met when he was just 5years old... he is now 14.. Eight years later we are finally gonna get to make things final, I've had legal custody since he was 6 years old so I wasn't in fear of losing him. He wants to be a PARKER!! which is a BIG DEAL, for him... You all know how well he watches over me and takes care of me....well, today after waiting another 6 months for a home study, it was done today, the nicest lady came and did the study, and told me I passed it with flying colors and that in a couple of days she would have it in the computer and all is left is going before the judge.. and it is done finish... This is wonderful news for us... Thank you all for listening.... Love to all, teresa ~~~~ *** ~~~ *** ~~~ *** ~~~~The Neurosarcoidosis CommunityLive Group Chat:-Mondays & Fridays 10pm EST USAhttp://www.elderwyn.com/neurosarcoidosis/chat.phpMessage Archives:-http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Neurosarcoidosis/messagesMembers Database:-Listings of locations, phone numbers, and instant messengers.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Neurosarcoidosis/database
