Guest guest
Oh my Val. I just realized that I did take 5 HC last night when I normally have been taking 2.5. Maybe that was it but I'm sort of confused because that is the same symptom for which you had me add the 2.5 at night. I think that someone had said that the waking up sweating and heart pounding could be low cortisol or T3 but not high cortisol. That was when I added 2.5 of t3 and 2.5 of hc at bed, I don't know when I started taking 5 HC I'm so confused but I don't think last night was the first. So you think high cortisol can cause this too or was I wrong? I will follow your EEC today already did the last dose change. > > I am doing 10 at 8am, 7.5 at 10:30am, 5 at > 1:30pm, 5 at 4:30pm and 5 at 10:30pm) > > How about we rearrange this. > 10-10-5-5-2.5 > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
