I can't stay on woe for 3 days in a row now~I haven't lost for 8mos now and I'm so discouraged that I'm at that 'what the hell' stage and I'm sick of meat! last time I reached the end of my rope I tried ww for 8weeks but ever time I try that now I can't do that for more than 3/4 days~ I don't want to stop this way of eating ~ranting helps I hope ALICE >*;*< Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I remember reading that the Eades said that virtually the only reason that people give up on low carbing is boredom. You're an inventive, creative woman! Find some interesting recipes and make them. I'll bet that'll help. How about some smoked salmon on neufchatel cheese on a Fiber Rich cracker? How about some interesting new dip for pork rinds? How about a new wonderful cheese sauce for the cauliflower? How about grilling instead of baking? Do you have a couple of low carb cookbooks? Find some new recipes and try them. Get creative with hamburgers and cheese sauces. Try some zucchini lasagna. Do whatever it takes. Whatever it takes. You deserve to be lean and happy. Do whatever it takes to make this work for you.
