That's the recipe I have, but maybe you can do an internet search and find other

ways of cooking the butter so you can skim off the proteins.

I think the next best thing to butter oil is Grass-Fed Ghee, which is what I

buy. It is available at Pure Indian Foods, in the US. I buy two 28.8 ounce jars

at a time:

-Butter Oil, 8 ounces = $60.00, which is $7.50 per ounce.

-Grassfed Ghee, 28.8 ounces = $29.95, which is around $1.00 per ounce.
