Thanks Val....The book I read was called " The Thyroid Paradox " by Dr. K.

Rone...he has a section on T3 therapy...and cautions people against it.

Funny...he did indicate that the brain, in particular, needs T4 hormone and

could be damaged without it...My temps are very stable at a 98.3 average...so I

am hoping my adrenals are ok....not sure how scientific Rind's graph is. I will

continue to raise from 80 mcgs in an attempt to raise that average....I'll be

calling you again soon!
