Guest guest
My hypo leg pain was much different from the low potassim leg pain. The hypo pain felt like my legs couldn't support my weight, that the tendons in my lower legs were giving way. If I tried to run <was running a lot at that point> everything would spasm up my leg and I would feel like I had to pee. Then it would just hurt for hours. The low potassium definitely feels like the muscle want to cramp, mostly in my front thigh <quadracept> and my calf. My BF and I went for a little walk today and my legs felt like stones! Such a beautiful day out though.... I hope my legs feel better soon to Kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Sun, April 4, 2010 1:09:41 PMSubject: Re: Anything to help speed up resistance clearing?/leg pain Nick said that his leg pain was a hypo symptom, this jumped out at me because I also have a lot of leg pain. Nick's post http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/message/ 37351 Near the end, he says he used to "hobble across the room" in the morning...that' s exactly what I do.I never ran or jogged but I sure used to love to walk. I thought nothing of taking a five hour walk through the mountains near my home. Now I can barely walk to the mailbox. I sure hope this improves as I continue to iron out all these hypo/adrenal/ etc. etc. etc. etc. & related issues.> > >> > > From what I have heard, yes this is a bit of a waiting game. I don't feel any worse or better...... I made the mistake of standing on my scale this morning and my 140lb muscular frame has disappeared to a 160lb blob. I eat very low carb so I guess none of this is going to go away until the resistance clears.> > > > > > My adrenals are finally supported with Isocort - Temps seem stable> > > My Ferritin is 84 (full iron panel was done) and Potassium and Sodium are all ok. > > > > > > So am I just dealing with a waiting game? Guest guest
could certainly happen at the same time unfortunately. My lower legs have been acting very tempermental the last few days from taking short walks I can't wait until the golden 'optimized' goal! Hope you feel better soon! It sounds like I have both hypo AND low potassium leg pain.> > > >> > > > From what I have heard, yes this is a bit of a waiting game.
