low TSH, is it ok to increase t3?

My tsh is finally supressed to .02

It needs to be suppressed due to history of thycan.

My temps, though, are low.

Is it ok to keep increasing t3 even though it will continue to suppress tsh, or

is it dangerous to suppress tsh so low?

It is not dangerous to suppress your tsh. Just be careful of going hyper.

Make sure ferritin and adrenals are good.
