Dennis,

I'm sorry....that wasn't clear. You need a great big bowl where you throw all

the " balls " and knead them together as one big lump after you've ground

everything up. What you grind in the processor will not ALWAYs turn out in neat

little balls, but that's ok. You can see the dough starting to look a little

" stringy " in there (the gluten doing it's thing). You may also need to use a

spatula to scrape the sides once during each grinding.

The finished product is heavy, sort of like fruitcake.
