Guest guest
Thanks, Carole. I know the biggest problem with my parents is they are simple farm folk, poorly educated, and they simply didn't realize that something was wrong. They truly believed those 'mosquito bites' were just that. The disappearing freckle thing I don't think I ever really brought up - I remember asking one time what those marks were, and Mom said they were birth marks. I just figured everyone's birthmarks came and went. As for the reflux and fainting, again I never made too big a deal out of it, since I thought this was normal. As for the doctors, I think you may have hit the nail on the head - I think doctors often come up with something, write it down, then never look back at their notes. There were other things in the records I received that mentioned trying this or that or looking for something that I know was never done. I agree, we should all be reviewing our own records periodically. If we don't keep on top of things, who will? Air hugs, Jackie Life is tough, but I'm tougher. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
