Guest guest
Hi all. Val suggested that I supplement both sodium (last lab 136) and potassium (3.8) but they both seem to be giving me violent diarrhea (sorry if that is TMI). I am supplementing 1/2 t salt 2x per day in 1 liter of water and 1000mg potassium glycinate 2x per day. I have tried stopping one then then other and no change. I have tried taking less of each and no change. When I stop both, I go back to normal. I can't think that this is good for my electrolytes or generally good at all. Can anyone help? Guest guest
You need slow release potasisum adn UNREFINED sea salt, what are you using now? The right kind of these is MUCH gentler on your system. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Try starting at a much lower dose snd building up slowly until you have problems and then backing off a little Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
