So here's a weird question... I regularly give blood and I am coming up on my

donor date (April 2nd). Is it safe/advisable to give blood with low ferritin?

Does giving blood have any impact on ferritin levels or T3 or anything? With

the medication in my blood, is my blood ok to give?

Just wondering...
