Guest guest
>> Since doing antibiotics for Lyme I have mild asthma throughout winter as well. Doing the water-cure protocol helped: drink two glasses of water, and then put a pinch of salt on your tongue. The salt is said to send a signal to the brain that everything is ok--according to the doctor who developed the protocol--Dr.F. Batmanghelidj. The tightness in my lungs immediately disappeared. << Is this protocol only for asthma or for other respiratory problems as well? Do you drink two glasses and a pinch of salt one time a day, or more often; and is it on an empty stomach or with meals? Where can I find more about it? Thanks! ~ Carma ~ To be perpetually talking sense runs out the mind, as perpetually ploughing and taking crops runs out the land. The mind must be manured, and nonsense is very good for the purpose. ~ Boswell Carma's Corner: http://www.users.qwest.net/~carmapaden/
