I think they recommend testing hormones on the 21st day of your cycle because of a progesterone peak at that time. However, that is based on a "typical" 28 day cycle. My cycles run about 26 days so my prog. peak happens a little earlier in my cycle. Because of this I have blood drawn around days 19 or 20. So you might try to figure what your average cycle lenght is and determine the best day for a blood draw. Good luck
