Guest guest
Hi all. I am on several lists and have a favor to ask. Please do not include the entire message in your reply. You can use portions by cut and paste or briefly mention subject. You also can put MiniGastricBypassonelist in your address book for a reply. I download in digest form and it makes me miss messages at times due to the need to " fast forward " . The same message was on the last digest seven times. I know you guys will help in this matter. Thanks and happy posting The Rev

Guest guest
Hi all, I'm into reading books about dealing with illness. Right now I'm reading, You Are Not Your Illness. I'm not very far into it but it talks about how its not the illness that changes our lives so much as how we respond to it. But tis not just positive thinking about it. Its that eventhough illness has changed our lives, we are still fully human and whole. It will probably make more sense as I get into it. Do others go thru stages like this where you want to read about how to cope for awhile, and then you don't want to hear anymore? I've been thru that cycle about 3 or 4 times already. Maybe I'll be able to get something out of it this time and pass it along.
