Dear Val,

I have been feeling quite wobbly now for the last few days.  My schedule is :

T3 36.25, 36.25, 25, 25, 25

HC 10, 7.5, 5, 5, 5

I dose every four hours from 7 am to 11 pm.

I have a strong heart beat.  My temperatures have gone down about 0.2 °C and are

fluctuating.  OK for 2 days then a blip.  Normally in this part of my cycle I

would feel good and very energetic.  I feel tired and wobbly inside.  My husband

says that my resting pulse is about 80.

I just did an experiment.  I took my temperature and got 36.6 when I took my T3

and HC.  I took it again 30 minutes later and got 36.8.

I don't understand why I am feeling like this.  In the last two weeks I have

made the following changes :

(i) Stopped Iodine Protocol about 14 days ago.

(ii) Started supplementing with chromium which has lengthened the time I sleep

and stopped me feeling very hungry in the middle of the night, although I still

feel rough in the morning.

(iii) Two small increases of 6.25.  Last increase on 18th March about 8 days

ago.

When I was on Iodine I was making a small amount of T4.  Is it possible that now

I have stopped there has been a total cessation of T4 production and that this

has lead to a decrease in endogenous T3 and that my T3 is suddenly lower than it

was?

Or do you think it is something else?

I don't know what to think.  I looked at Nick's list of syptoms and solutions

but none seemed to quite fit my case.

Any help gratefully received.

MacG.
