Hi Terri,

Welcome! The time that it takes to get to improvement varies greatly from

person to person. Some people feel better right away and continue to get better,

and others take a couple years. I've been doing Minocin on and off for three

years- I had my one year anniversary of continuous usage yesterday! I am now

exactly halfway to full remission in terms of my bloodwork. (Pretty good for

someone whose first doctor said she would die). I have avoided all use of

steroids and immuno suppressants and am very proud of that. Minocin is still

available- I get mine from Canada as it is cheaper than in the US.

www.canadianpharmacytrust.com I know the generic works fine for some people, but

for others brand

name is better, so I'm sticking with that to be safe. I notice I do even

better when I add zithromax on tues and thurs so I'm starting that again soon.

Hopefully in one more year I'll be all the way to remission- hope you will too.

Best of luck!

Emma
