Guest guest
This is the first time I test electrolites and, with the results below, Valery has recomended suplementing. I understand we tend to have electrolite problems because of the troubled adrenals, but I have so many questions. I will like to know a little better so, can someone recomend a source of information on the topic? I articularly wonder, will supplementation be for life or things may improve as one gets better? Any information on how this problem develops with thyroid treatment will be very welcomed. Thanks, > Sodium: 138.0 mEq/L (135-145) > > Potassium 3.96 mEq/L (3.5-5 > > > > These are BOTH low. I like ot have my sodium at 144-145 and Potassium at 4.2-4.4. I woul dbe supplementing both.
