How much iron are you taking? It often takes more than 3 months ot raise

ferritin as it si slwo to absorb. I would redo a full irton panel after

stopping iron for 5 days.

I am taking 250 mg daily with vitamin C. I was taking a lot more for awhile but

I havent been able to recently

You shoudl stil lget labs. Some people do not absorb or hold onto it

well at all.
