Guest guest
I'm just passing on some information that might be helpful to someone here dealing with potassium wasting. In the documentation that came with my recent labs for urine toxic metals from Doctor's Data, it was mentioned that high barium can interfere with potassium retention. Barium can be very high in peanuts/peanut butter. Also high cesium can cause displacement of potassium from muscle and erythrocytes. Hope this might help someone. Val I know you are still seeking the cause of your potassium wasting, and wonder if you have come across this information before. Guest guest
Thanks I have NOT come across this before and I do eat peanut butter but not a horribly lot of it. SO now I suppose I have to add Barium ot my already too many labs I need to do this Spring!
