Tips for getting out a flare?

Hello everyone,

I've been doing great, making plans for a big move out East, and a program

of study at a top university. I'm having a flare up now, seemingly related

to the heat and high humidity levels, airborne allergens, etc. I'm not used

to feeling this bad anymore! I used to have an entire regimen for dealing

with this and now I'm kind of blanking. It's threatening my moving plans and

I feel I might have to wait until the end of summer. I don't trust myself in

summer classes if heat/weather is going to have this much of an effect. I'm

on Minocin. I'm doing turmeric, ginger, power smoothies, probiotics,

vitamins.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I've been off this board and going it

alone for awhile now- because things have been so good!
