Guest guest
Nick said that his leg pain was a hypo symptom, this jumped out at me because I also have a lot of leg pain. Nick's post http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/37351 Near the end, he says he used to " hobble across the room " in the morning...that's exactly what I do. I never ran or jogged but I sure used to love to walk. I thought nothing of taking a five hour walk through the mountains near my home. Now I can barely walk to the mailbox. I sure hope this improves as I continue to iron out all these hypo/adrenal/etc. etc. etc. etc. & related issues. > > > > > > From what I have heard, yes this is a bit of a waiting game. I don't feel any worse or better...... I made the mistake of standing on my scale this morning and my 140lb muscular frame has disappeared to a 160lb blob. I eat very low carb so I guess none of this is going to go away until the resistance clears. > > > > > > My adrenals are finally supported with Isocort - Temps seem stable > > > My Ferritin is 84 (full iron panel was done) and Potassium and Sodium are all ok. > > > > > > So am I just dealing with a waiting game? Guest guest
Thank you so much, Kitty. It sounds like I have both hypo AND low potassium leg pain. > > > > > > > > From what I have heard, yes this is a bit of a waiting game.
