Guest guest Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 I've had inflammation from chronic infections, and it wasn't easy to find the source. I also had inflammation from gut issues, probably from long term celiac, and then from eating sugars and other grains because I couldn't make the enzymes to break down complex carbs and disaccharides.
