Guest guest
I did labs this week to check free t3 levels. There was a new phlebotomist, and he did not properly do this, and there is not free t3 results on my lab report. Will have to go redo free t3 as I am feeling both hyper and hypo and I believe the free t3 levels will be informative. In the meantime, I did get other results and a bit worried: TSH .020 this is not a mistake, it is .020 I know I need to be suppressed to .1 or so, but .020 seems a bit too suppressed. I am on 80 mcg. cytomel. TPO is 6; I know it's not high, but being thyroidless I would want it at 0. Magnesium is on the low end 1.9 (1.6-2.6) MCV is a bit over the top at 100 (80-98) glucose seems low at 75. I don't think I wake up with low glucose (havn't checked recently but will check this week); i think it gets lower as I move around and don't eat (which happens on a day that I take labs, cuz i need to do it fasting) sodium is 140 (135-145) potassium is 3.8 (3.5-5.2)
Guest guest
My TSH runs .015 and it si fine. 75 for a fasting glucose is also fine. I would not want it any loer though. How high was your TPO last time tested? Have you been on T3 only long enough for the receptors to clear? If nto once they clear you shoudl see more improvements there. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Thanks, Val. Good to know not to worry about the TSH and glucose. I've been on t3 only since mid NOvember. TPO beginning of Feb was one point lower. It was 5 and now it is 6. Is this a concern? > > My TSH runs .015 and it si fine. 75 for a fasting glucose is also fine. > I would not want it any loer though. How high was your TPO last time > tested?
