Testosterone there is one range for pre or post meno. But the

Progesterone wil depend on what time of your cycle it si taken during

and that is the range to use. Luteal is best as that is when it is highest.

Thank you for your reply. Progest...I unfortunately can't tell where in my

cycle I am. I had a " supra-cervical " hysterectomy, still have ovaries but no

uterus=no period. Tough to chart by temp due to thyroid/hc/who-knows-what

fluctuations. Testo...should I aim for the high end of the range? Thank you.

I liek my test just below top on the Free Testosterone levels and that

si where I feel best on it wiht no pimples. For progesterone I woudl

shoot for over the top of post meno ranges and below pre meno luteal

levels.
