Guest guest
I would love to have this reflex chart, but have not been able to access the group page ...my system says it is not there. Any way to get it in an attachment? Suggestions Val? Thanks Diane M. Guest guest
I keep an excel spread sheet that I plot dosage taken vs. response. My response is 1 to 10 based on energy level, libido and erections. I also log my lab results. I've got a sort of rolling medical diary (which is getting kinda big) on my computer that has all that plus what I can remember what was discussed at each Dr. visit and all blood test results. Rich BTW the non-insurance cost for depo T cyp that you quoted seem pretty high. A ten ml vial of 200mg/ml T.cyp at 100mg/wk will last you I think 5 months or so. > > Well I found out that my insurance does not cover injections but that > is ok. Guest guest
I'm not sure - I didn't notice anything. Arkansas ********************************************************************************\ ****************** I keep copies of all my dosages too Dan. I even copy them and save them on computer, works for me too, in regards to lidido ME etc. You nearly have to keep some records to see where you are at present. By the way Dan where is Phil? Did I miss a post from him that he was going to be gone for awhile or sumpin? I miss him. Blessings, Roy --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice. Guest guest
Thank you. True or not, it makes sense. I was told when I was little not to go into the ocean for 30 minutes after eating because I may get cramps and drown. I didn't even know how to swim, so I never went further in than waist high.....I just shrugged it off as an old wives tale. Now I see there could be something behind it. Are there any other reasons out there that people have been told when they were small on why we should resist hot water/or cold bathing after eating? Best to all. OK, I admit that I heard about the hot water thing. Some boyfriend I had ages ago said that you can't get into hot water (e.g. a hot tub) after eating because it raises your core temperature including that of your intestines and would increase the chance of " bad " bacteria growing in the undigested or partially digested food. He said that could make you really sick. I don't know if it's true or not, I just pass on the story for what it's worth. -
