Will things get better soon? I really hope so. I doubt you actually had flu twice, there is immumity built up. I suspect that the T3 causeed you severe adrenal issues, and they feel like flu, the aching legs and body when you have flu is the virus affecting your cortisol levels >Also, I started HC a few weeks ago and have transient feelings of nauseau? Is it normal for this to occur when getting used to the HC? The adrenals group can probably help you more there http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ I've not heard of it before though. Are you taking the HC with food?? Guest guest
, things do get better. At around 6 weeks I felt awful because my T4 was gone and I wasn't on a high enough dose of T3 yet, due to adrenal weakness and low ferritin. Hang in there. Once the RT3 clears things will improve and yes, take Nick's advice and head over to the adrenal group for more information on supporting the adrenals. But I thought that the HC is suppose to help with adjusting to T3. Does this mean I shouldn't be on it? Or do I need to lower T3? I don't think lowering will help as I already feel extremely hypo. I had a fever of 103. Would this be caused by my adrenals rather than the flu? I am taking HC with food. Lina > > >I'm on week 5 of T3 treatment and I feel progressively worse. Yes you can get the flu twice, you only get immunity to each strain you're exposed to. If its a different strain you can catch it.
