Guest guest
I have no idea what article is sent out when you join. It may SUGGEST you have these tests but that is up to you to have them or not. I had the tests done because it was part of my testing done at a rheumatologists office and the tests done for hormones were done at another doctors office. The doctor that prescribes my antibiotics is an entirely different doctor. Most rheumys won't do antibiotics yet alone test for hormones! I have recently become involved with Mr Perfect, who has had RA for 15 years and is taking Humira and Methatrexate, tramadol and tylenol. Naturally, being somewhat anal retentive, it is necessary for me to learn all I can about this disease and it's treatments and try out some of the less lethal methods of dealing with it. I GET THE IMPRESSION YOU ARE PIS-ED AT MR. PERFECT. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON US. WE JUST DO THE ANTIBIOTICS AND PUT THE INFO OUT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT INFO ON IT. We don't have the book yet, just the internet articles. If my research and investigations show that this might be an effective protocol, the doctor will be informed that she needs to begin integrating the protocol into the treatment in March. GOOD LUCK ON INFORMING YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT INTEGRATING THIS PROTOCOL. MOST DOC NEVER HEARD OF IT AND WILL NOT DO IT. THEY FOLLOW THE GOOD OL BOYS NETWORK AND IF THE OTHER DOCS DON'T DO IT THEY WON'T EITHER. I do not believe that I shall have the current treatments stopped until after the antibiotics have had a chance to work, and I've seen some results on the tests, and then we shall taper off the killer meds. So far, all the articles indicate that advanced stages can take a year or more for positive results. I do not plan on having my Mr Perfect with no protection during that time. The protocol says that this is an acceptable, though not desirable plan. SOMETIMES IT CAN EVEN TAKE LONGER THAN A YEAR. UNLESS YOU ARE THE ONE TAKING ANTIBIOTICS YOU CAN " HAVE " MR PERFECT. Just a side note, of anyone has an RA factor of 2000 or more, you can sell your blood plasma for 200 dollars a shot, up to twice a week. If you are interested and can't find the program via goggle, let me know and I'll dig thru my notes for it. Mr Perfect has negative RA factor, so I didn't keep it up front. I DON'T THINK ANYONE HERE HAS AN RA FACTOR THAT HIGH BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN ON THE PROTOCOL BUT IN CASE THERE ARE NEWBIES THEY MAY WANT THE INFO. I will let you know if this one becomes the first. * * * * * Does anyone have good sources for recipe ideas and such for the diet part of the plan? It will alas be the worst and most severe challege of the entire process. Thanks
