Guest guest
>In the past weeks it's been like 80+, now it's 60, or even slower than 60 sometimes... What does this mean? That I have too much Potassium in my tissue, OR simply that I need more T3? I feel sleepy and heavy, even on 40+ mg HC daily. It sounds like you have finally added enough HC to quieten down the adrenaline production so that your hypo state is visible underneath it. Are you taking iron twice a day as Val recommended?? you will need that extra ferritin to tolerate and utilise the extra T3 that you need to clear the underlying hypo?? It comes down to a T3 raise IF you have enough ferritin to tolerate it, if not you need to sit it out feeling hypo a while longer till some resistance clears.
