Guest guest
I have read some article that says most of patients with autoimmune diseases have a slow functioning thyroid. coconut oil helps the thyroid gland to function better and increase the temperature of hands and feets. I don't have much problem with Raynuads but I feel cold when temperature drops to 60's. anyway I started taking organic virgin coconut oil which I bought from health store and seems works for me. I don't feel cold that much and even at chilly mornings of NYC , my hands don't turn blue. I take one teaspoon of the coconut oil every morning. It tastes great. coconut oil doesn't have chlostrol or trans fats. there is no harm to try it. It may help your wife with her Raynuad. I heard taking raw garlic helps too, unfortunately I hate taking raw garlic.
