t3 dosing help

Hi, Nick helped me a while ago. I can't find how to begin dosing cytomel.(I know

it's there, somewhere) I had been taking up to 10 grains thyroid S with no

relief. I posted my numbers, so won't take up space now. Anyway, endo rx'd 25mcg

of cytomel and 100mg synthroid. I will not take the synthroid. So, this is how

I've started. Don't know how I feel as I had foot surgery and many pain killers

this past week. Anyway, I quit cold turkey thyroid S for 3 days, got the cytomel

and am cutting in 1/2 so each dose is about 12.5 taking sublingully at 10 am and

3 pm.

Questions are: how quickly do I increase dosage and how will I tell when I have

reached optimal? Is there a lowest effective dose?

I would also like you to guess what my numbers will look like in May when I go

for a re-check.
