Guest guest
Great info. Thanks. I don't know if it needs to be taken on an empty stomach...I know I've taken it in water before and had a hard time getting it down. Here's a simple recipe for a wonderful salad dressing with apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup or agave) Store in a bottle. Shake well before pouring over salad. Dolores...have you considered Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? In PR I wouldn't think that you'd experience a lack of sunshine, but perhaps your body is conditioned to " hibernating " in winter. Here is a link to info on it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasonal_affective_disorder And SALLY. I rejoice with you at your first morning of being able to get out of bed without Ibuprofen! That is so exciting. A small step, but a milestone on your road to recovery. I'd say what you are doing now is working...and the Chinese herb, hey, anything to help with the pain. My mother-in-law is always suggesting a cream or sending me heating gloves and such. I just kind of laugh. Others don't understand that the pain is so intense that these palliatives are like using a wine cork to stop a flood. I just love this forum. Thanks to all who contribute. Who share your frustrations and successes and concerns and provide confirmation that AP works. Together we are healing more than just our bodies.
