What is the best type of potassium?

As per Val's instruction, I went to order some potassium from the Canadian pharmacy and lo and behold, they don't ship to Canada!! What is the type of potassium I need and time released? Can I just ask a pharmacist or go to a health food store?

Was this a real pharmacy in Canada or the one that keeps spamming

everyone and calling itself " Canadian Plarmacy " . That one is best

avoided.

I would go to local pharmacy and ask for slow release potassium. As it

is OTC there oyu shoudl be able to purchase it,.
