Does Armour have to Raise RT3?

1. Are there people who take Armour or Nthroid-

something with T4 in it- and RT3 does not rise?

My ratio was 375/11=33 on Cytomel and then went to

375/230=16.9 on Armour. I've read that SOME RT3 is a natural

consequence of T4-containing meds.

2. If I take Armour sublingually how long do I have to take

it away from food, before or after eating?
