My artritis came on fast and progressed even faster on methatrexate, It was

pretty bad. MTX made it worse, Humira helped but the shots were a problem and my

job put me at great risk. Started Minocycline and within 2 weeks was feeling

much better. have been fine for 2 and 1/2 yrs now. I did have blood titre tests

that showed I had a mycoplasma infection, so the MTX lowered my immune system

and allowed the mycoplasma to go crazy.. Kathy
