Bones

The Guts and Grease article mentions that the Indians took bones,

dried them, powdered them, and then ate them. I know other cultures

used alot of bone broths. I wonder if there is any more of a

benefit, nutritionally speaking, to eating the bones as opposed to

making a stock? Does the stock pull out all of the nutritional

elements of the bones?

Just wondering...
