Guest guest
Does Sodium for example mean that I don't drink enough sea salted water? I went down to 1/2 or less than what I drank a week ago, cause I started with Fludro yesterday. But maybe I need to drink more sea salt looking at my Sodium level? Also the ER doc told me I had slightly high BP: 135/95.Any thoughts?Subject: Re: Seriously...!To: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, March 17, 2010, 11:30 PMI did serum electrolytes today at my GPs office:Sodium 139 (137 - 145)Potassium 4.1 (3.6 - 4.6)Phosphorus 0.73* (0.75 - 1.65) - What does THIS mean? What do you think ? Should I STAY COOL with these results? Bare in mind: A person _CAN_ have very high potassium in the tissue (95% of potassium being in the tissue) and normal serum levels!About Phosphorus:http://www.merck.com/mmpe/sec12/ch156/ch156h.htmlMy level IS below the LOWER RANGE in that text (0.81 mmol/l - mine is 0.73!!!) so I guess this can also explain a few things?????I am currently at 40 mg HC daily. Maybe too high? I dose it:201055Feel like I need to get a fix before it's too late! ;-( This is my GUT feeling!!!Self-Diagnosis: ELECTROLYTE (TISSUE)/FLUID IMBALANCE!!! Guest guest
First of all, I left the ER cause they couldn't help me - They had nothing to say! They say I am treated by a foreign specialist, and my current electrolytes look ok, as well as my heart sounds ok when they listen to it & look at the EKG. I did have a slight high BP.The idea of them calling Hertoghe, is to me, just unreal. I don't think it'll happen! That's the problem - Docs need to cooperate to save lives!I have a dry mouth and feel OFF today! :-(Subject: Re: Seriously...!To: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, March 18, 2010, 3:43 AM  , Did you call Hertoghe's office and tell them you're in the hospital? Guest guest
I don't think it's possible to do clean RBC electrolyte tests in Norway!Without this RBC Potassium test, my life can very well be in danger!I am trying to call docs/hospitals to find out if I can analyse it today, but nobody knows anything about this. They are clueless and say SERUM is good enough. They are wrong.Hertoghe is a busy man - But I will get "written comments" to my email to him, later today.:-\From: Gibcast <gibcastyahoo (DOT) com>Subject: Re: Seriously... !To: RT3_T3yahoogroups (DOT) comDate: Wednesday, March 17, 2010, 11:30 PMI did serum electrolytes today at my GPs office:Sodium 139 (137 - 145)Potassium 4.1 (3.6 - 4.6)Phosphorus 0.73* (0.75 - 1.65) - What does THIS mean? What do you think ? Guest guest
I do the RBC test one a year. It IS the serum levels we track. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
This brings me to my other post -- since your heart is apparently fine, have you considered you are having panic attacks? I ask because I suffer from them SEVERELY and for me, they are due to low serotonin, not low cortisol. It is something to consider and no, I do not take drugs for it. I take 5-htp which turns into serotonin. A doctor helps me with the protocol. Kathleen > > > > > > Enough is enough! I want to know whats going on with this body.
