Guest guest
Hi- My cynomel is on its long journey from Mexico, but in the meantime, I've noticed my temperatures over the last couple weeks have been steadily rising. The last three days, I've actually hit 98.6 in the afternoons with my daily averages around 98.3. Since I had the RT3 testing done in February (my RT3 ratio was 11.7), I've started supplementing with D3 and magnesium and eating more fat and less protein. Before I started supplements, my temperatures averaged about 97.7 or so. My understanding from my reading is that it's normal to have a lower (97.9-98.2) morning temperature and to hit a high of 98.6 in the afternoon. I shouldn't necessarily be trying for an average temperature of 98.6, right? So, should I start the cynomel or see if my temperatures stabilize on their own? Is it possible for supplements/diet to normalize temperature? Does that have anything to do with fixing or reversing the RT3 issue? Thanks in advance-
Guest guest
As studies on Vitamin D are VERY new and surely theyhave not doine anythign wiht it and thyroid, we just don;t knwo. What I DO know is ther eare other causes of RT3 than what we know about. Maybe that is one of them. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
