Ramit, you beat me to this!! EVERYONE MUST READ THIS ARTICLE!!

The great news is that it is the cover story (there's a picture of the

cow) of the New York Times Magazine--VERY high profile!

Even better news is that after the author went through the whole

commerical beef raising process with the calf he bought, he went out

and bought a side of grass-fed beef from a small farmer in the Hudson

Valley (NY). The article champions grass feeding and hopefully will

help our cause.
