UIBC is low: 132 (150-375)

Iron, serum is high: 159 (35-155)

iron saturation is 55 (15-55) and iron bind. cap is 291 (250-450)

UIBC is iron Binding Capacity in other words your body's capcity to hold MORE

iron is lwo and your iron saturatioj or FULLNES is high you have enough iron.

you do nto need more by these labs.,

And yet my ferritin is low. HOw does this make sense? I'm confused by the iron

labs being fine and the ferritin being a low of 14.
