I have posted 2 messages to a bulletin board at oprah.com. Both were

in reply to seriously misguided women, one who was told to go lowfat,

and kept losing weight which she could ill-afford to lose, the other

to a mother who wanted to keep her 1 year old healthy using Ornish's

lowfat diet.

Well, guess what, my messages were removed. I wonder by who? I keep

putting new ones on though. We need you and Sally and and

whoever can help on more public forums. They are killing us!
