Hey everyone, listen up.

I was responding to messages on a bulletin board posted on Oprah.com,

to one person who didn't know what to eat since her dr. said lowfat

and she was already too thin and continuing to lose weight. and to

another women who wanted to know how to adopt a Ornish type lowfat

diet for her 1 year old son - to which I warned her strongly against.

Well, guess what, my messages were removed. They are the only ones

missing (I know because they were there last night.) What can we

do? Now I know a little of what Dr. Enig went through.
