Guest guest Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 I've been having diahrea every day, mostly in the mornings after my first meal. I'm usually ok after that, but sometimes I will have it two or three times a day. I'm already taking probiotics and L-Glutamine. What else can I do to help this? I know I've got to get it under control. I upped my dosage from M-W-F to everyday three months ago.
