Seems a good plan to me,

>(food and more hc not helping) unrefreshing

fatty snacks at bed time can help

Avoid carbs at bed time

Bed time T3 helped my sleep quality enormously.

Hmmm. Started this plan today and after second dose experiencing

jitters and heart racing. It seemed like such a low dose. Should we start even

slower?

(hc dosing is 12.5-10-10-5-5)

Tried to reduce the 3rd dose to 7.5(12.5-10-10-5-5) earlier this week

but had adrenaline rushes early evening so went back up. Should

we try another place to reduce?
