Guest guest
I can't speak for ... just telling my own experience. When I was really low in vit K, I had a lot of bruising on my thighs. I didn't even have to bang myself... the bruises just showed up, & they would last many weeks. I ask my doctor to please order a vitamin K test with any other labs I have. I go to Quest Labs and insurance pays for my labs. It's a frozen sample. I started this testing because my bones were going south. The test doesn't break down how much is K1 or K2... so I don't know about that.
