Hi everyone!

Just wanted to say that I have a little good news! LOL

I broke the plateau! I stepped on the scales today and it read 232. Looks

like I lost 3 lbs which is better than nothing. One more pound and I will

reach the 30 lb mark! YEAH! Looks like the increase in eating and water has

helped! I imagine if I increase the excercise, that will help even more!

YEAH!

Thanks to everyone that responded in ref to the water thing as well as my

dissapointment in not losing. Thanks for the advice and kind words of

encouragement!

Love & Blessings to you all!
