XP: First Night of LDN question

For anyone who has taken LDN (low dose naltrexone), could you please

describe your first night?

I just took my first dose last night and did not have a good

experience. About 3.5 hours after I took it, I woke and felt weak,

very spacey, a bit like I couldn't quite catch my breath, and my blood

pressure over the next 2.5 hours fluctuated up and down from 137/89 at

its highest (when I first got up and felt weird) to 101/74 at its

lowest. (Our cuff tends to read the numbers a tad higher than a

doctor's office.)

I did take my adrenal support supplement yesterday at lunch

time....don't know if that matters.

I have appointment with my doctor later, but I'd love to know what

others experienced (especially before I go to the doctor). Thanks!
