I would go back to 70mcg T3 whiel oyu build thta ferritin higher. 70-90

is ideal and at leats 50 to even begin to tolerate and use t3 well. Low

magnesium will throw off your potasisum balance too.

I've begun supplementing magnesium, so we'll see what the upcoming labs will

show,

regarding potassium, is 3,000 a day enough? my latest potassium labs were 3.8

and sodium 140

The magnesium the is recommended for us is Magnesium chloride. I just ordered http://www.swansonvitamins.com/AH017/ItemDetail?n=0 You can also do the liquid spray http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SWU481/ItemDetail?n=0 but if you are really deficient it can make you really itchy!
