Hi Kathy.  I am like you, a person who tans easily and I live in Puerto

Rico.  Take a large umbrella with you when you have to walk in the sun.  If

you swim in a pool, do it in the evening.  There are lots of great beaches in

Florida.  Cover yourself with a thick layer of SunBlock, the strongest you can

find and apply it often.   Do not stay on the beach and bake. Wherever you

are, walk on the shady side of the street or seek shade under a palm tree or any

shade tree.  If you are eating on an outside patio, be sure the awning protects

you from the sun.  If you wear sandals, protect your feet and legs with sun

screen.  Use Dove soap to bathe or shower.  That keeps the skin from drying

out. A large hat will also help and don't forget the sun glasses and lip gloss

with sunscreen.  And , of course, have the greatest time.  Enjoy your

vacation!  Dolores  & Mike
