I get that the most from low sodium. Do you supplement salt? I'm sure it can be a hypo symptoms as well :/

I have only had blood serum checked, not sure about other tests.

I think potassium lowers my sodium since I don't seem to tolerate potassium pills at all, not sure beyond that. I do know sodium/potassium interact.

I have no clue about the heart stuff.
